Isn’t it ironic that heartburn is caused by a diet and it can also be cured with a better diet :-)

I joke of course but this is a good article…it’s common sense for so many reasons to have a good diet. Not just from a digestive point of view, but its shown to be the case that a good diet will give you mor energy and feel more positive.

Its such a shame that the tastiest food is also the worst for you :P

It’s too bad governments and politicians don’t adhere to such good advice when creating new programs. Anyway, I used to get heartburn fairly frequently, however, I hardly ever get heartburn anymore. Here’s the thing I don’t think heartburn is as much about eating the wrong kinds of foods as it is about getting the right nutrition. Sure if you’re eating the right foods you’re less likely to get heartburn. However, in my case my lack of heartburn I believe is due to the great nutrition products I’ve been taking for many years now. As a result my body is in a healthier state and less likely to heartburn. Don’t you remember as a kid not ever getting heartburn no matter how crappy a diet you ate. So this is just another alternative than a diet of better more nutritious foods.

    Becky,
The main thing is to find out what works for you, because everyone is different. You just need to track what you eat and how you feel emotionally each time you get heartburn. As weird as it sounds, I actually would get heartburn if I drank too much water!
